In this operation, the responsibility of the shipper ends with the dispatch of the goods at the port. Thereafter, the buyer is responsible for losses, damages and expenses until the arrival of the final destination of the goods.
The seller is responsible for customs procedures for the export of goods.
This term refers exclusively to waterway transport (sea, river or lake), in which the responsibilities are divided as follows:

Supply of Chicken for Export
Law Suit:
1 – Buyer sends ICPO + Proof of Funds;
2 – Seller send FCO;
3 – The Buyer sends the signed FCO;
4 – The Seller sends the contract;
5 – The contract is signed between Buyer and Seller;
6 – The Buyer pays a visit to the slaughterhouse;
7 – Through the issuance of a letter of credit or payment in cash by the buyer, the targeted guarantee is made.
8 – The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 50%, directly in the slaughterhouse account;
9 – The shipping documents are delivered by the Seller;
10 – After delivery of the shipping documents, the buyer pays the other 50% to the company that issues the shipping documents.
